Curious: there's a Classiche emblem inside the car. Has this car been officially Classiched?

    Yes.
Classiche had an entirely new body built, a new engine, gearbox, suspension, all mechanicals, new interior, new dashboard, new everything. It took five years.
The brand new body was re-manufactured based on about 12 period black-white photos available.

so if ferrari rebuilt with new manufactured parts they will make it then later classiche but if someone else will rebuilt they will do not - if they will recognize it is rebuilt - or is it a matter of how much the car owner will pay for the classiche certification? strange handling

I guess it is fair to assume the upper photo in post #48 was not among those used to determine variety of "as original" details and features on the "re-manufactured" coach work.

So now that the car is all back to how it was, should this thread be moved out of the "Recreations & Non-Period Rebodies" section and into to the main vintage section?

Also, which car will be next to be restored back to its original form? Please do not let it be 0165EL!

    I’d imagine not (see above).

Besides, if all the coachwork & other detail discrepancies shown between two constructions (period? & recent) in post #48 are an indication between original & recreation, current configuration may not qualify the car being “all back to how it was”.

The upper photo in post 48 is one of the approximately 12 to 15 bw photos they had available to recreate the body.

Not a restoration but a recreation.
