It is a very weird spec to those of us used to the US or Euro cars... but it's Australian spec, so I guess it's allowed to be weird? Has Euro side marker lights, bumpers. ("common lower front spoiler", if referring to the deep spoiler, was an option even in Europe, not all Euro QVs have it). Has a US engine with emissions controls, US rear diaper implying cat converter. Interior is original carb 308 with gauges in side lower dash area, but with QV instrument panel and steering wheel.
There is another thread here last month about the most unusual Australian laws governing these cars. That is very likely exactly how that car was build for that market.
