I am testing the waters to see if there is any interest on my car. I am interested in someone taking over the lease. I have found another vehicle I'm interested in and due to room shortage I have to let one go.
This is an immaculate 2016 BMW Alpina B6 with just over 17000 miles on it. The lease is up on 12/09/2019. This vehicle has every possible option to my best knowledge. The MSRP was over $135k. I have attached the option list above.
It also has the tire warranty. The mileage allowance is 30000 miles which allows over 1800 miles per month between now and the end of the lease term.
I have done lease transfers before. BMW allows a transfer up to 6 months prior to the end of the term (June 9th) which gives me up to June 9th to complete the transfer. The process takes about 3-5 days. Due the a large down payment, the monthly payments are $1,447.47 which is very low for this MSRP. I will be making the next payment on the 9th of this month which means there will only be 5 more payments left for the next 7 months. I also need to mention that BMW Financial allows up to a 6 months extension on their leases. So the lease could be extended all the way until June 9th 2020 with the same monthly payments.
The car still is in show room condition inside and out. It is located in Austin TX. The mileage will slowly increase as I daily drive this and one more car.
Please let m know if you would like more details or pictures.

Oh Thank you for pointing that out. The time for editing has expired. I'll have to ask a mod to do it.

    I was disappointed. I have a 750 and would love a B7.

Good deal - I’d be all over this if I didn’t recently lease a new M5.

Wonder why they deprecate so fast. But I guess every sedan pretty much does

The depreciation is on par with any other high end luxury....
That's pretty much how it is on most of them.

    The buyout will be $73,739.65.
In my opinion, it would make sense to turn it in.
