That's actually a "middle period" NASA logo, but the one I like the best, have several ball caps with it...

They had the globe logo, went to this one, then changed it back to the more classic look!
    GLWS!!

I saw the title 'pocket beverage tool' and immediately thought this was a flask. Somebody needs a Thursday drink

    I love NASA...

Recently framed up some B&W 8 x 10s, of them cutting up on the lunar rover, found in a Pasadena Flea Market.

I doubt these were publicized, as in one, the rover has BOTH rear tires spinning shooting dust and one front wheel is in the air!!!
    WTF!

But I laughed and bought it as they were obviously having fun, after facing grave mortal danger in the journey.

An old book store had photos of them mocking up the Lunar Lander in cardboard, but they got cold feet in selling them to me!
I was going to take them all.......

So many contractors to JSC just tossed that stuff out.

I saw a 3 x7 FOOT photo of "Texas at Night" and could not agree on the price, at a Used Office Reseller.....I should have paid her the $175....

I've seen that as well (tossing stuff out), especially during the past 10 years (my time at NASA). Lots of mission patches, pins, posters and etc. Sometimes, there's just too much of it.

I would NEVER discard a mission patch.......I have many......that actually pains me to hear!!

I raised my kids to shake an astronaut's hand, as a true American hero.
    They signed glossy photos...8" x 10"
They should have given every one of those pins away, in those events.

    In a perfect world.

    We still are flying.........:D :D
    JSC!!

    Am I obsolete you think?
Typing all this has me crying.....

I just came in to say Congrats on the sale!!
    :D :D :D

I am even in the JSC Credit Union by a total quirk of fate.......(they absorbed a lot of them from refineries..)
