Congratulations on your new acquisition. You could save yourself a lot of unnecessary driving by taking it to Carrs in Exeter. I am only one of many satisfied customers.
What’s that saying again, ‘uneasy lies the head that wears the crown’?! Better look after it, in other words!
Speak to Mark Ware, who heads up the service department. I cannot speak too highly of them - nothing is too much trouble, they are not expensive, and they are good with older cars. They look after my Dino and 550.
I want to say it again anyways!! What a great video about what a great car. “Caught” myself looking at that video again and thought best to keep this thread alive. Maybe new owner/Geoff will weigh in.
Thanks Temple. Well, even though Cornwall has the mildest and sunniest climate in the UK, it's still winter here. So I've only managed 807 miles since buying it (and nearly half of those were on the drive back from John's place!) Roll on Springtime...
Yes; right after I posted I thought to myself “it’s winter over there, I’m sure she’s buttoned up and hibernating right now.” Here’s to an early spring then. Temple
Whoop! Just heard from Petrolicious that my Mondial QV has been accepted into their curated display of 200 special automobiles at the first UK Drivers' Meeting: https://petrolicious.com/articles/the-first-petrolicious-drivers-meeting-is-coming-up-heres-a-preview-of-the-kinds-of-cars-you-can-expect
Thanks. Got the email last night from David Lillywhite (erstwhile editorial director of Octane, Enzo, etc. and now Magneto) who's curating the event. Clearly has great taste in Ferrari's!
The video and car that introduced me to the Mondial. What a beautiful car. I cannot wait to see it one day.

Wow!! That’s pretty heady company, especially for the much-maligned Mondial!! It’s exposure like this though that can move opinion(s). Forza Mondial!! Temple
Congratulations on your purchase! I remember Pogson's video bringing a tear to my eye as it confirmed my own largely independent desire since a young age to have a Mondial of my own despite other more obvious options. But for a more animated review, that should bring out the "Italian" that is in all of us, see the Marchettino videos, e.g., or
a hearty congratulations, and it brings me great joy to see this car enjoyed to the fullest!!! Beautiful photos indeed. Keep it up my friend!!!
Zikes. Just landed a great new job in central London. Put my cars in storage or sell?! Head and heart moment beckons...
Why does working in London compromise your ownership - there's a few Ferrari owners in London - ask Hugh Grant !
