I'm looking for one in nylon or steel string preferably with electronics guitar for travels. I would like to get some feedback on the differences, quality and prices and deal with the money. Now I've Martin's backpacker and it's a travesty.

I just sold a Rainsong Carbon Fiber guitar with electronics. Stays in tune, very light, and not affected by heat or cold. They make some parlor size guitars as well, with electronics. It sounded good, just wasn't playing it much.

I have a 1984 Steinberger GL2T. Full scale length, no compromise playing feel (Best electric steel string I ever had, I play no other). For nylon I use Blackbird Rider Nylon (Now discontinued) carbon fiber guitars. Not really travel sized, but impervious to the elements.
