A question about the spec of the 812: Chosing the colored inner details in the car you get all those beautiful color accents in the cabin including the the stripe in the center of the "regular" seats of the car. If I go with racing seats I get the same central stripe or I have to chose as an extra option for that colored stripe in the center of the seat? I don't know if I made myself clear. Thanks everyone in advance!

After the Radical engine went kablooey yesterday, I introduced the 812 to Road Atlanta. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Looking good, Anir. Would love to hear your thoughts/emotions during the "introduction ceremony" and how far right the manettino was.
Thanks, Ken! I honestly should have turned off more nannies. I hated how much the software was trying to “save” me in Race mode. Both turn signals were flashing violently everytime that I braked late and hard into turn 10a! I couldn’t figure it out for 2-3 laps & thought I had inadvertently hit the hazard light button! I needed to drive the 812 home about 400 miles, too, so I was trying not to shred the street Pirelli tires which were honestly not up to the task of pushing a 3,600 lb vehicle super hard. The 812 rolls a lot, too, but I’m used to a 1,350 lb Radical on slicks and a super firm suspension. The 812 is absolutely brilliant on the street, but the track is not its natural environment, IMHO. It was fun, but give me a dedicated racecar anyday that didn’t cost me north of half a million dollars if I ball it up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Bravo! That’s just outstanding. You’re my hero. A real man’s man, and a real car guy’s car guy. It’s one thing to be an enthusiast, it’s quite another to be an Enthusiast. Something to work for and towards. Thanks for sharing.
Appreciate the kind words. I’ve been a car nut since my toddler years and finally get to pursue my dreams at age 51. I’m very grateful. Definitely worth working towards. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I’m super happy for you. I love seeing guys accomplish their car dreams. It’s extremely inspiring. This forum provides endless inspiration. BTW, your taste in cars is impeccable. That TM 812 is simply unmatched.
Thank you. I love seeing folks achieve their dreams, too. I have made many great friends through racing & the car hobby. People may be the best part of our fascination with automobiles like Ferrari. And our 812 was born directly from inspiration on Ferrari Chat, so I share your sentiments. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks. No problem, copy away ! I wanted a classic GT look (not reopening debate about whether 812 is a GT or sports car) and really happy with way it turned out. I will post some pics when it arrives at dealer and then when I collect.
