Did the burger special at Triple O's. Had poutine as a side. It started snowing here. I don't like driving in the snow. Its not me, its the other people. Think I'll make some canned soup and tuna melt.

Rosti Pollos in San Jose, Costa Rica. Chicken wings, tostones, and some chicken nugget like item that I could not get a handle on. Frijoles. Tasted good. The little onion relish in the small metal cup was spicy. Image Unavailable, Please Login T
Did Chelsea's Kitchen with a vendor and our Marketing team from out of state. Had a chicken caesar salad - it was delicious but it was hard to eat. It had large pieces of sweet gem romaine and it included an entire half chicken on top of it.
Was yummy. Having a good time, thus far. Weather is perfect. People friendly. Traffic insane. Tomorrow starts the work portion though. Wife and I shared two typical Costa Rican meals. Thanks! That's why I make them almost every night haha. So easy to tweak too. The meat is ground beef pan fried with mushrooms, jalapenos, hot sauce, green salsa, garlic salt, and cajun seasonings. Also getting the corn soft shells and cooking them in the oven instead of buying hard shells makes a world of difference.
Did assorted sashimi and scallop rolls last night. Tonight is pesto linguine with some scallops and shrimp tossed in. I was going to make my own beef dip, but the bakery was out of Portuguese buns. The buns are better in Toronto's Little Portugal neighborhood, most of the little stores around there and in even Little Italy sell them. My Dad was in Toronto earlier this week, he forgot to bring me back some buns.
