    After 13 months I traded my McLaren 720s for the 812 Superfast. I came from a Huracan to a 458 spider, 488 gtb, 720s and now this. Only driven it twice but the engine is amazing. It just pulls and pulls and that sound is intoxicating. Here are some photos. I will tint and ceramic coat it in the next few weeks.     The 720s was blazing fast but I never tracked the car and could never take advantage of the speed. I was also trying to get ahead of the depreciation curve. The market is just getting ready to soften as the spiders are coming out. I had a 12c and 650s and lost a ton on each one of those. McLaren got smarter this time around and the Value help up very well after 13 months.

    I typically do about 2k a year on mine. It is to/from the gym on the weekends and 3-4 times a month to the office.

    I did 5500 miles last year on my F12. I consider the car my daily driver, but that doesn't mean much because I don't have to go anywhere. And when we hit the store or whatever we take the wife's SUV.

    So I literally have no idea how many miles I will put on this year.

    Congrats and what a history!!
    I ordered a 812Sf and its coming in August this year,but i am also very interested in 458 spider,do you think its outdated feel that car comparing to 720 or 488 and 812? you drove them all for a while ,your feedback is greatly appreciated,I am thinking of convertible and in my country there are few 458 spider available it v8 NA so i am very attracted,also is it wise to keep 812 and 458 together or they are too close driving wise..thanks in advance for your help

    In my opinion the 458 does feel outdated compared to the newer cars. However that NA scream of the 458 was historic and The triple exhaust layout like the f40 was also very special. As a lot of others have said the 458 is a classic. Both the 488 and 720s are faster and better handling than the 458 as the technology is much newer/better. The 812 is a completely different animal and a very different feel. The front/mid engine layout of the 812 along with the seating position is very different from the mid/rear engine models. I think an 812 and 458 spider would be an amazing combination!!! Hope that helps.

    I actually know a guy that has an 812 and a 488 Spider and loves them both.

    Such different cars, that drive quite differently from each other. Drove the 812 and the 488 back to back and extensively at Fiorano at a two-day Corsa Pilota. Can see why anyone would value both in the same garage. Am sure same applies if you substitute a 458 for the 488 in this dynamic.

    Thank you so so much everyone for the feedback,this is very encouraging,I am new to ferrari but since i ordered 812 I have been going deep on all old models and 458 seems fun as convertible!
    I test drove 812 in dubai for a day by renting it so i now know the feel of 812 very excited,its like the best car i ever experience past 5 years been switching around between maserati and Porsches,now i am so so excited with first Ferrari

    Also test drove portofino and didnt like it ,i think i am a fan of NA not from the sound view point but from the smooth transition and natural feel,hard to expalin this

    Love the interior - I specced VERY similar interior, except the newer style race seats. But same color combo. Cannot wait - should be here in just a couple of weeks.
