Apparently he went the morning of the AFCCG game then made it back to KC for the 6:40pm start time. That was two (or more) happy endings for Kraft that day
Two deposits in less than 24 hours at 77 is pretty impressive. Pill or no pill. I wonder if he even thought about his actions after getting pulled over. I assume not since he was back the next day.
What’s this about Witten coming out of retirement? That’s great news for MNF audience cause he was AWFUL
They joked on the radio earlier if he was going to stop with the hair plugs or keep them going if he tries to go back in. lol
Witten will be a welcome addition to the Cowboys who will continue to do better than the perennial loser teams in both Houston and SF.
Has everyone forgotten what Witt played like his last couple of years? He needs to be focusing on his HoF speech not tarnishing his legacy...T
Careful what you wish for. Never underestimate the locker room presence that Witten had/has. Not to mention his uncanny ability to get open in the red zone. On the other hand Dallas fans are ecstatic over Phillys loss of Foles. You should've kept him and dumped that oft injured what's-his-name.
Every Dallas fan acting like Witten is the missing piece to a Suprrbowl. You had him for 16 years and won only one playoff game; never mind a SB.
wait a minute Mark, I'm serious. Whit was an Eagles beater and everyone wants another crack at him, esp. the way Cowboys manhandled Eagles last year. Eagles fans want their opponents to be at their best when the game is on. Prior SB LII I never heard one fan wish that Gronk would miss they game. Eagles fans wanted to eat Pats at their best...and they did.
Gold Jacket Witt never really meshed with Dak. The fact that he's considered their best option at TE means that they have no faith in the guys they have and, in particular, the Rico Gathers experiment is a failure. T
In theory, he should have been a young QBs security blanket, but they never gelled for whatever reason. Ditch Gathers, give Blake Jarwin every first team snap during OTAs, preseason, etc. to see if he can cut the mustard. Witten's return will not help Jarwin. He needs to focus on practicing his HoF speech...T
Disagree as one Boys fan to another. “First off, Witten immediately becomes the best tight end on the roster. Blake Jarwin had a nice end to the season, but he still isn’t as good as Witten. The savvy veteran might not have any speed (did he ever?), but Witten can always find the soft spot in the defense and get open. Witten’s ability to move the chains on third downs cannot be overstated. The last season Witten played, he caught 63 passes for 560 yards and five touchdowns, totals that no Cowboys tight end came close to reaching in 2018; he’s an immediate upgrade.” https://cowboyswire.usatoday.com/2019/03/02/dallas-cowboys-jason-witten-ways-he-will-help/
I know this is old news but I forgot to drop my opinion here in the Steelers GM saying that Ben Roethlisberger is allowed to criticize anybody he wants to. My thoughts: no wonder that team is in disarray, that wouldn't sit well with me either, I would see it as favouring one player over the rest of the team. No wonder Brown is pissed. Ben is not a leader. That team will not win another SB as long as Ben is there and that idiot GM
https://www.click2houston.com/sports/jadeveon-clowney-slapped-with-franchise-tag-by-texans Why do they always say "slapped with..."? Now the games start and see what happens. It would be interesting if they can't work something out. Some believe Clowney could potentially sit out next year.
