    Definitely a 430, has gas cap on drivers side.

    Looks to me that it's a 4th generation Camaro convertible with aftermarket rims. The gas hole on a F430 would be above the rear wheel well, not behind it. 458s are on the passenger side and are a little forward from the center rear wheel well. It looks maybe a little Ferrari-ish because the designer of that Camaro is Ken Okuyama which later designed some other Ferraris.
