My vanity plate choice directly correlates to the reason I own a Ferrari. "KIDLESS" ;)
Interesting...maybe you should contact the DMV to ask them if it's possible in person instead. I just saw a video on Youtube with a blue 488 Spider and its California plate reads "SEXY 488," which is almost the same as the 3 letters and 3 numbers thing. It was at David Lee's get together this past weekend. Link: youtu.be/E3NORcvX2Hc?t=243

Took me a bit of thinking to get st. Devote ...... put it together with Rascasse .... Monaco GP corners.
I would consider one continuing that theme, but I don’t think any state allows enough characters for “Station, umm Lowe’s, errr, Fairmont, oh eff it all. The Hairpin.”
I also thought of TIPTOP, TABAC. But I like the Rascasse restaurant and have enjoyed going there and we almost got married at St. Devote. So, there was some relevance.
Years and years ago, my buddy's dad had "WEWE MD" on his 911. He was a urologist. Spotted one a while back on a top-of-the-line Lexus...."HIT ALL 6". I guess we all know how he could afford the Lexus. I'd love to put some of my ideas out there....but I'd be afraid someone would snag 'em before I could get at least one.
My old accountant had Tax Z on his 240z. He bought the car new and still had it when he retired around 2000.
A friend of mine had a dry sump 308GTB and sat in front of the computer on CA DMV website trying to get any version or spelling of "dry sump" to get accepted. He gave up frustrated and went to get another beer from the fridge. I sat down and typed in "OIL TNKR" and yelled at him that I had solved his dilemma. He came over to the computer and sprayed beer on it when he laughed while he read the screen!
Just a mock-up photoshop, but thinking of this plate..... I’m recently retired from owning certain quick service restaurants....I’m sure you’ll guess which Image Unavailable, Please Login
If I was still in the business....that’d be perfect! I know another operator who has “fry guy” on his Porsche 911
A retired MD friend of mine has R ADMRL . He did a lot of colonoscopies...used to say he was "bummed out" after a long day. He loved to tell the story of a time when he entered the USA from Canada. As he pulled up to the window the officer gave him a big salute and said "just go right through Sir, thank you for your service".
