Greetings everyone, we are in the process of speccing an 812. The three reds we are looking at are Rosso Fuoco, Rosso Maranello, and possibly Rosso Coburn. Does anybody have any comparison pictures of any of the colors? Especially side by side. I saw the Rosso Fuoco example at the dealer, but the other two are not available in the configurator. I understand the Rosso Coburn is likely unavailable anywhere! Mostly looking for a more cherry metallic red, prefer a more maroon hue to orange. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Also, has anybody had any success with ordering samples from Ferrari?

I initially put on order Rosso 70th but the price really bothered me, I changed to Fiorano. It's really hard to discern the reds using only samples, the configurator is a fail in this regards to , imo. I didn't even know there was a Coburn.

It is not very accurate on the configurator. The triple yellow looks like mustard on it. Coburn was named after the guy who created the color. It’s been used only a handful of times. He says it’s between fuoco and Maranello.

I thought Coburn thought up the grigio coburn - there was a recent thread on the color - very nice too. Did this person do a red too?, wow. Do you know where a picture might be?

I agree web site not great. I read there is also a metallic corsa and another red I can't recall.

Better pics if you search “Rosso Coburn,” even on google.

Ok , got it. nice but a little too violet for me. I have berlinetta on my f12 , i like & want something similar but not a $30k 3 layer paint job, I drive my cars and don't want to worry :) , I think I'll be staying w fiorano.

good luck on your search, curious to see what you decide

That’ll be beautiful. I like fuoco, but may have a little too much orange. $30k is a lot...of a couple carbon bits!

My FF is Rosso Maranello and it’s absolutely crazy beautiful, the color makes the odd shape of the car perfectly sexy !!

Beautiful. So is it like Rosso Corsa but deeper in color and more pure? It looks very pure to me. Not metallic, but different than any other glossy paint.

I have had two Rosso Maranello cars, the Speciale I still have. We happened to see the Rosso Coburn car in storage when we ordered our Speciale at the Atelier in Maranello. It is also beautiful, I would say as beautiful in fact. We narrowed the colour down to Berlinetta and Maranello. Both three layer paints, we chose the Maranello because it had a silver base rather than the gold of the Berlinetta. Over the years I have come to realise it was worth every single penny. My wife chose the co,our and it is just achingly beautiful, especially in the sunlight. It is the nicest colour I have so far seen. I have two TM cars coming where we have used brand new colours and I hope they will be at least as good or even better, but so far RM is still my fave, more than Fuoco, more than Berlinetta and much more than the more standard colours. Although I like the idea of 70th Anni, RM is ultimately more satisfying, by quite a margin. The cost bothered me but I fully PPF’d the car and I am glad we took the plunge, especially on a car that we will keep.

Its actually RC but instead of a clear coat they have added RC to the clear coat. Very rich colour and looks "wet" and changes colour depending on the light. Very nice colour in all conditions. Non metallic
