Agreed; I love that “blue on blue” color combo!! Very possibly a “one of one”; at least here in the US. 3.2 and t coupes are very rare here. Temple
Simon, where are you located at? This particular car is currently owned by a Fchat member and serial Mondial owner that lives in Las Vegas. It was previously owned by at least one additional Fchat member. I looked at the car early last Summer in LA before the current owner purchased it. It's nice and clean and would be a good example if you can work out an agreeable price with the seller. As a FYI, the pictures in the ad are from the previous seller when it was still in Los Angeles. Here's a past thread about the car: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/blue-blue-1986-mondial-3-2-coupe-on-ebay-now.582095/ . Cheers, 2cam
Hi guys: I have updated the photos for the 1988, 3.2 Cabrio, Red/Crema, that a friend is selling for HIS friend who is seriously ill. Check the posting I made last night (right now it is the last posting), for the new link to the better outdoor photos. Motivated seller. No ask, no get. Great example. Call the number listed in my posting. Thanks... https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/mondial-3-2-cabriolet-1987-red-crema-9500-miles-nj.581397/

If this is a repost, sorry. https://omaha.craigslist.org/cto/d/storm-lake-must-sell-1985-ferrari/6789648478.html
Why not clean the interior and engine bay before shooting pictures ? And not 3.2 like mentioned but 3.0 QV... Guido
Here is an other one with sunroof problems : See txt in advertising... One of the other problems we had with this car when it came in was that the sunroof popped up and down but did not go back and forth. No parts are available from Ferrari or from anyone else we could determine, o we repaired it ourselves making parts as we needed to. It now works with a little manual assistance right at the point where it first goes backwards and to help it pop back up in the rear at the end of its travel. Bottom line now, t least it works! Guido
If I was in the market for a Mondial, a trip to Switzerland would be in the works right now. https://www.classicdriver.com/en/car/ferrari/mondial/1992/604594 Image Unavailable, Please Login
This is a Mondial 3.2 that I saw during the Interclassics show in Maastricht : https://autoveloce.nl/voertuig/ferrari-mondial-3-2-v8-qv/ Really, a drop-dead gorgeous car that is 100% authentic, very low mileage They're asking 57.900 euro, but to me, that's not that crazy. The car's worth every euro: tools are there, history is complete, body is in perfect condition, all original stickers are there and the engine looks like new. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think I'm in love. https://www.ebay.com/itm/223337398842 What's that about rough diamonds? Or maybe shiny coal? No matter Image Unavailable, Please Login
I sent them a message requesting they post a photo of the data plate. The VIN in the ad has only 16 characters, should be 17. Obviously the car needs a lot of work, as long as there's no (or little) rust, it would be fun.
Nice-looking, affordable example at Forza 288: https://www.forza288.com/ferrari/ferrari-mondial-qv-rhd/
Not unexpected nowadays, any questions to a dealer on ebay requires form-fill info (name, phone number, email address). Anyway, their reply contained the VIN - ZFFMD14A1D0048919. The VIN in the ad is missing the "M".
Looks like a really honest Mondial 8 just popped up on BaT. Will be interesting to see what it sells for. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1982-ferrari-mondial-4/
Interesting. Not too many 8s pop up for sale. IMO, it would look better with the bumpers returned to black. Also, if you watch/listen to the last video, does the motor sound a bit rough to anyone or is that just my imagination? 2cam
My guess is that someone started working on fixing the slow window gadgetry and its archaic pulley system... then they quit. Now, the next person looks at it and thinks "what goes where?" "and how? " followed by "why... and what were they thinking?".
Saw this when it was posted and had the same question related to the motor sound. Unfortunately don't have mine put back together yet to determine. If there are any other 8 owners or techs who could weigh in I'd appreciate.
