    Also note to my buyers, this series of sets does not look as black. Seems to be a softer color? Checking on that. May require painting to be super glossy??

    I admit it, I love these levers.

    I bought these for my 355 spider. They are slightly larger than the stock levers, but work just fine. I love the color and think it compliments my gray interior beautifully (exterior is grigio titanium). Since they stand off from the seat 12mm more than the stock levers, when installed they give my fingers a little more room.

    The best part about them is they are resilient. The stock levers are foam and will disintegrate over time. It took me years to find a NOS passenger lever, and was so neurotic about it ripping apart I never installed it on the car. Now I have a pristine set of factory stock levers in my parts box, and these metal ones on the car.

    All I needed to install them was 5mm x 60mm x .8 cap bolts (which are 12mm longer than the stock bolts). McMaster part number 91290A268.

    I'll tell you what Rob - one of the forum members bought a set of these and shipped them to us to refinish them. I'm awaiting a call back from him to attempt to talk him out of it. As a mechanical engineer, CNC shop owner, and just all around OCD guy, the quality of these is just b*tch'in ;)

    These look to have been media blasted prior to anodize which is likely the reason for the satin finish. Perhaps they are hardcoat anodize vs regular? Sure, the color is a bit gray / blue but I think they look awesome! :)

    Your shop did a great job.

    Thanks for the kind words, Dave! Yes second set was media blasted and alternate coating.

    I found my secret stash of original order. I had misplaced the box and forgot all about them

    These are not media blasted and more black. When these are gone, I may not be able to get more. I think l will save one set. My buddy sold his shop and the hook up may no longer be there . All happened in the last week. Crazy -easy come easy go.

    Just contact the new shop owner ;) Honestly, the benefits of CNC are many parts. The setup is the killer so I'd ask the shop to make like 100 or 200 and your price will probably go way down ;) I actually like the medial blast finish - makes them appear cast and helps hide tool marks.
