I’d say excellent is 120-130k very good with flaws 100k (minor), some work needed of miles 80k. I will gladly add other cars on here. For instance mine was 97k, 24k Miles services by dealer most of its life. Xplode gave us his numbers. I know Chris pines car with 10k or so miles was asked 120k by top gear and they wanted close to it. Since it was supposed to be in great condition it would seem to hold my theories... Happy to add your cars in there , I’m keeping to late 2017-till now purchase date. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Exotic cars always conjure up positive emotions in all of us (as they should!) . I see it in the Porsche community as well But at the end of the day they still need to be priced. This is a very interesting and thorough analysis. Best yet.....it is non-biased (i.e. the numbers "are what they are"). Well done
True but I was not referring to the time capsule TR, but the three 360s that sold for approx 100k and then yesterday the 360 “only” reached 63k (69,300 including commission) So the muscle car oriented audience can be a two edged sword. I agree with you, I would never run a Ferrari on BJ or Mecum with no reserve. BUT with a reserve price who knows, you might hit the jackpot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes it is but we have been discussing why the market was so strong on previous days at BJ, not only for TR but for the 360s. I am just saying that the room might not be the ideal but that could actually help you score a nice sale. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Lastly , and I did not add to my calculation but , if we are compare apples to apples. This attached tr in 2017 with 585 miles sold for 246k, the one at BJ 221. That’s 11% less for something similar in 12 View attachment 2656898 months... I normally complain at you Nat....but well done analysis. Shamile Freeze....Miami Vice! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
It took almost 9 years but surely the causation for the strong showing at BJ is clear to all - the mods changing the title of this thread!
I know I am sometimes mean to you too! But it’s a new year lol I will keep adding to this spreadsheet... I have another one with all the cars currently for sale but my point is to try to understand the selling price not just asking price. To celebrate our new friendship I shall close by a : freeze Miami vice lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
lol....I'm a straight shooter. If I see something well written, I'll say so. While I don't look at Testarossa values as much as Nat, I do look at economic numbers. I see the same diligence in the numbers presented . Shamile Freeze....Miami Vice! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
So that black 512tr sold for 130ish... Back to earth everyone car had been for sale for a year at 145k—- I offered 130k in the summer and for turned down,128k today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If the car is as good as the description that’s pretty. If nobody popped up with who bought it - could it be they bought it back?Price seems a little too low. Let’s see if it pops up again. Maybe after sitting at 145 and no action they needed to sell ?
I think most people Are actually super nice but online we all appear different. I met 5 people from this forum outside and all amazing people! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
