Greetings I'm new to the world of Ferrari engineering, never touched one. I've got some experience on cars (BMW 850i and most recently a BMW 335i E92), and I was wondering how hard it can be to fix it yourself a Ferrari Testarossa. Money is no problem, but time can be. Aside from parts, what is the difficulty when fixing it and where to start from ? I don't own a Testarossa, but I do plan to acquire one soon.
welcome to the flat 12 friends you may read a lot here in the threads and you will see, no magic at all to repair and if you have some problems you get help here more than you expected just now good time to buy a testarossa - but think over: a cheap car will get mostly an expensive car
Yeah... Not ‘difficult’ but time consuming. Getting the cam timing right is complex, but not a routine maintenance item for typical owners. Take a look here for some starter diy info: http://truedriverscar.com/guides
