Sold my F355GTS and looking at the 2012-14 FF. Can you all tell me your typical annual maintenance costs after warranty and what the charge is to add the annual powertrain warranty? What are the typical issues wiith the car? Looking at the 2012-13 458 also you may see them same post under that model group.

ferraris 2012 and above have 7year free maintenance. Else you are looking at about 1-2k a year in maintenance.

I believe annual powertrain warranty is $6500 for V12.

Ignoring warranty, I have so far had very little in terms of costs - I think a couple of rear brake pads and tyres was the majority of it. Maintenance plan runs out this year, so no steer on servicing yet.

Only costs I have had in over three years of ownership are a replacement battery (I think it was around $750 at my local F car dealer) and a failed lift pump which was almost $9000. Obviously, if you are looking at cars without the lift option the leaking pump is not a concern. I have one more year of ‘free’ maintenance (not warranty!). I decided to not buy the extended warranty years ago and, at $6500/yr, am very happy with my choice. BTW, many items that can fail are not covered with the extended powertrain warranty. One more cost - tires, if you drive aggressively, expect to replace every 8-10k miles.

2 years of ownership, $0 costs so far, just the yearly free scheduled maintenance. No lift option, 2014 16k miles.

    Hit or miss.
    2 years of ownership.

    Extended warranty 6500. First year

    Oil pump 5000 not covered
    Battery 600 not covered

Transmission sensor 14k covered under warranty

So it depends. Best advice buy with a warranty for one year
Better yet get a car under factory coverage or get the extended coverage as opposed to New Power.

Still amazing ride. It’s the key I reach for most frequently.

My original warranty is expiring this April. I think I am just going to get the two year extended warranty. It's listed as 13.2k. I got 10% off for the v8 before. Does anyone know if there is any dealer selling the warranty cheaper?

My 2 year warranty extension was about 12k as both years were purchased up front.
