In a Countach thread someone alluded to the unusal number of classic lambos coming to the USA from Europe. over the past couple of years.
I cannot help linking this fact to the new forceful push of the euro zone for taxing/banning all petrol cars and especially large displacement. Particularily in the order: France, Switzerland, all nordic countries.
Many makers are now going only electric.
French people started massive riots due to yet another eye popping new taxation on gas from overzealous out of touch governement suits and skirts, after baning cars from some cities, doing more to collect more fines and reducing speed to levels that stimulate fines and violations. Switzerland put some new "safety laws" retroactive to classic car (like special lights,). As for Sweden and all that area some makers are just stopping making petrol engines not mentioning the enormous taxes on exotics.

What we seem to see now is that buyers in the euro market are from ouside of the european union
(USA, Russia, Japan..). Am I making a true statement that the exotic car market in Europe is dying or is this just a coincidence?
