    On the US spec cars, is the black front lip made out of plastic or is it carbon kevlar as part of the whole front hood? Just by looking at the pictures online, it would appear that the US spec cars has a slightly higher ground clearance on the front? Or is it just the way the black lip is shaped and playing tricks on my eyes?

    The black piece is connected in by clips and feels rubbery. It can pop off if you hit a bump wrong or uneven pavement. The car as a very limited clearance. about 4 inches if I remember correctly.
