Thanks for posting. The back end reminds me of Ferrari's latest SP, the SP275RW I saw this past week in Daytona at Finali Mondiali. Do you have any photos of the front? The c-pillar winglets are not on the car. Are they removable? It looks like there is something in the c-pillar that maybe it can attach to...
Without knowing the owner I couldn't say, but that doesn't seem to reveal much about him, thanks for posting
The photo of the car is very similar to what has been posted before in this thread less the c-pillar wings so I think it's okay...nothing really new (well it appears the rims are different).
Thanks again! Marcel's photos from earlier look spot on, but i guess the wheels have changed and c-pillar winglets are off. The SP cars are quite interesting.
https://www.craveluxuryauto.com/vehicle-details/used-2012-ferrari-sp30--the-woodlands-tx-id-25772474 It would seem that the SP30 is now for sale! Wow!!!! What?!?! Crazy. This is the most pictures of it ever shown. It’s always been hidden. This is amazing. Yeah
Nice thanks for posting that. How long has it been in the US? Saad's posts above with photos were taken in Dubai. Based on the VIN, it is a middle east car. ZFF70RDT7B0188026. The 8th digit is T, which is the Middle East after 2007. Model year is 2011 as the 10th digit is B (ad says 2012, Saad said his pics are from 2008).
Nonsense. Someone will buy it and drive it. It’s styling is quite amazing. So many details from this car used in many cars today. The F12TDF, the 812SF the Portofino etc.
I wonder how Crave Auto got hold of the car. There are some crazy car collections in the Houston area so maybe somehow the car ended up there for a short period of time. Or maybe the original owner has associations with the Houston area. Interesting that it's not being offered by Ferrari of Houston. Thanks for posting. Someone needs to do a book on the SP program. -F
I’m guessing the connection is within the gas oil industry. The commissioner of the SP 30 project owns a company in that industry. Knowing Houston’s connection to the industry I’m guessing that’s the connection. Someone knows someone who bought a car from them etc etc. the F40 LM they have may have come from same collection I’m guessing.
I thought the exact same thing. Many international people who are in the oil industry spend time in or around Houston, if only for their work. -F
Car was purchased from a collection in Dubai per the highlight section. Cars from the collection include a Taylor made F12tdf Speciale Aperta 599 SA Aperta and the SP30. Still in Dubai unsure if they will be shipped over or not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Wonder how much. They are asking $2.5m for a 993 gt2 with 26k miles which seems ridiculously overpriced. Image Unavailable, Please Login Wonder how much for the mc12 Corsa..2000 miles. At least that one was enjoyed Image Unavailable, Please Login
That would be the ideal situation, sure. Until then however, the sad fact is someone paid all that money for a one-off and never actually enjoyed driving it.
Yeah well that’s his problem and evidently they have others interests now if they’re selling their collection.
The rims/wheels are different and there are added wing-lets on the car for sale. So maybe 2 different car's? Or some changes? Regards.
Winglets are removable. Wheels likely were for shipping to tie down the car and not damage the original. It would be crazy to go to the extent of everything else including that grey interior...
