Took a while, expected it in June but better late then never. Wife's Lusso (new daily) finally at LFSC, waiting only for ceramic coat and to put Black forged rims with Summer tires. Original rims as in pics, will get Winter rubber, hoping to find run flat to better survive Chicago potholes. Very cool , have lots of fun ! Can you say when the firm order went in at the dealership? Maybe Ferrari will build mine one day .....
I was surprised to see that this 2019 model came out so early, expected this car to be 2018, did not want HELE option but it seems it is standard now.
Yep- most cars delivered after ~ June end up being the next model year and HELE is mandatory now. I just wish it remembered if you turned it off. Its really no biggie to press the button before you depart on your trip. Like pressing the sport button on the (now) old M cars.
That’s strange. My British F12 has HELE and if you switch it off, it stays off permanently. Has this changed? Or are US models running different software?
I think it's a USA thing. I think by law the system must turn on every time you start the car. On other cars there are ways to disable the system. There might be ways with Ferrari as well, but I wouldn't want to mess around with it.
