Schumacher created enmity towards him because of his on-track attitude. Hamiton critics mostly concentrate against his off-track behaviour.
Hamilton will stay w Mercedes through 2020. Silly season resumes...time to see what happens at Ferrari.
All good racers are very competitive as with all athletes it goes with the territory, I just dislike Hamilton on and off the track
https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/hamilton-rival-team-approach-mercedes-talks-1061595/ Only two teams could have done that, Mclaren or Vaillante F1. Both irrelevant
Just my opinion, but why would Ferrari approach Hamilton?? I don't buy it, sounds like he is just fluffing his ego. I could believe RB if they thought DR was leaving. See and Hamilton would never work.
What's wrong with Ham on the track? I don't pay much attention to him, but it seems to me that he treats people fairly if he's being treated fairly, and is not at all shy about pushing back if someone tries to bully him.
He doesn’t confirm it’s one of the two. Likely mclaren to keep their sponsors happy if Alonso leaves.
The stats don't support your statement. 2010 Hamilton 4th with 240 pts and 3 wins Button 5th with 214 pts and 2 wins 2011 Hamilton 5th with 227 pts and 3 wins Button 2nd with 270 pts and 3 wins 2012 Hamilton 4th with 190 pts and 4 wins Button 5th with 188 pts and 3 wins
Cool stats! But I stand by my statement. Not looking for a fight, just exercising my right to free speech.
I am not a fan of Hamilton. But i have to agree with this statement in terms of the way he drives. I think back to Austria when Vettel passed him at turn 3; Hamilton could have turned into him and screwed both of their races but he didn't. He tried to defend some I think but everything was fairly done by both him and Vettel. That is what you want to see. That said, Hamilton sucks!
Especially when keeping in mind that the Lewis-fanboys never grew tired of telling us Lewis "beat" Fernando at same points because he was listed higher in the WDC.... Gesendet von meinem SM-G930F mit Tapatalk
+1 Doesn't make any sense. As you say, Seb + Elton would never work, what's the point in forking out over 100 million for 2 drivers? Red Bull wouldn't bother, either. Sure DR could leave for Mercedes, but I'd quicker see them making a play for Sainz, Gasly or Kimi. I go by your initial thought, he's just fluffing his own ego.
He beat Alonso in poles, so yeah statistically he was the faster driver that year while being a rookie.
Oh, I did not know that there are points for poles or that the number of poles has any effect on the standing in the WDC... Trying to find irrelevant "facts" again to back up your opinion??? Gesendet von meinem SM-G930F mit Tapatalk
I look at ALL stats including poles to judge a drivers performance over the year. Some people pic and choose. To each there own.
So you say that Lewis lacks race craft or why did he end up with the same amount of points although having more poles? I guess you are the one that picks whatever suits him...
