Not sure how nice a place this is but it should be on https://www.rileys.co.uk/venues/haymarket#tabing-list Unfortunately this is one race not on Channel 4 (free) so you need to find it on Sky (Pay TV)

Not the city but Williams stream from their headquarters. Bit pricey but would certainly be good, and there museaum is well worth it. Check out there website or Facebook page. Dick Lovett streamed Silverstone coinciding with portofino test drives. Very good of them but it was all about the portofino.
