Such misery in your job Paul. I've heard it takes atleast 500 miles to get one dialed in. :)

Wanted to improve the shut lines so I moved the front clam back to tighten the door gap which means moving the headlights back and up. Not a fun job but Im glad I went through the process to get it just right.

Maybe someone has as source for these white wiring harness retainers but I sure couldn't find any with countless hours of googling. So I had a bunch made! Original one in my hand, new one in use.

Same with the boxer minispare decals. Some are made to look aged to match an original car and others are pure white.

Yes! I have looked everywhere for these- no luck. I think the solution is to print them.

Looking through the restoration of this Boxer illustrates a great deal of information and insights that can/should be captured in the Boxer Buyers Guide thread above! Maybe a reply referencing this thread would make for a great resource of information!

The attention to detail is over the top! Amazing work Newman!

Long live Ferrari's form the 70's, 80's and 90's underappreciated for far to long...

The mini spare tire stickers pictured are incorrect. The original had square corners and are quite large. Stand by as I will have some of these available in the near future.

I have spare boxer wheels here with the original stickers still in place so unless they all shrunk the size is right and the corners are not square cut.

    Hey Newman..

I could be wrong, but I reference a picture I took of an original 1983 spare with the original sticker (discolored over the years from the anti UV stuff in the tire). I also reference the last BBi built SN 52935 which I was able to photograph...same large square sticker.

Perhaps you could post a picture?

That is a picture of the tire/wheel with the sticker attached? Also 52935 is a time capsule and is untouched from new, with a little more than 500 km on it.

Well, this is interesting. The fellow that posted the link to the 308 spare, with the accompanying picture, does show rounded corners on the sticker, but it seems to be large in size!
If anyone out there has an original BBi spare with the original sticker still attached, could you please post a pic? Maybe this is one of those "Ferrari" things where there were different ones used at different times?
