California Production Estimates

    I pieced together the information below from various sources.
    Does anyone have any better numbers?

    California production:

    2008 to 2012 = 8,000 were manufactured (estimate from various FerrariChat threads)

    2013 = 1,219 manufactured in 2013 (#1)

    2014 = 1,645 manufactured in 2014 (#1)

    2015 = 2,638 manufactured in 2015 (#1)

    2016 = (2,650~) manufactured in 2016

    2017 = (2,650~) manufactured in 2017

    (#1) Ferrari N.V. Stock Offering Prospectus
    March 14, 2016; pp.44-46
    (Information by calendar year, not model year)

    So using the above as estimates (calendar year numbers are NOT model year numbers), about:

    8,000 California’s were produced
    2,900 California 30’s were produced
    7,900 California T’s were produced

    About 34% of those came to the Americas (US, Canada, etc) (#1)

    Thanks for the tip. I thought about putting it on the California/Portofino subsection, but wanted a broader audience to start with. I just reposted it there. I’m not sure how to link it to the production number master thread......I’m learning my way.

    With the data from the Ferrari NV annual reports (2016 and 2017), below are updated ESTIMATES

    California production:

    2008 to 2012 = 8,000 were manufactured (estimate from various FerrariChat threads)

    2013 = 1,219 manufactured in 2013 (#1)

    2014 = 1,645 manufactured in 2014 (#1)

    2015 = 2,638 manufactured in 2015 (#1)

    2016 = 2,247 manufactured in 2016 (#2)

    2017 = 1,600 manufactured in 2017 (#3)

    (number rounded down from 1619 due to introduction of the V8 GT vehicle GTC4LussoT in 2017)

    So using the above as ESTIMATES (calendar year numbers are NOT model year numbers), about:

    8,000 California’s were produced
    2,900 California 30’s were produced
    6,500 California T’s were produced

    About 34% of those came to the Americas (US, Canada, etc) (#1)

    I’m still hoping someone can come up with a more refined number.
