    great story, remembers me to myself
    I also got my first 250GT/E when I have been about 20 or 21 from the junkyard, ebgine dismanteled in the trunk, wheels and oilpan missing, inside gras and bird nests, without front windscreen, but still have it :)
    nearly completely restored, now only to put all together again - but too much to do with other things :(

    Wow, what a nice article, though I would love to see more photos of the process and a video of them bringing the engine back to life.

    No pictures for the interior, and no chassis...:/ Original aspect or no? Anyway, the car is really nice in this color.

    Either Thoroughbred and Classic or Classic and Sportscar magazine did a story on this car and restoration last year as I recall.

    Pretty sure that is the same story. That site seems to mainly be uploads of articles from magazines although I have no idea if it with or without permission?
