The caliper colour recommended was standard! This is a dark grey with red and white script - very similar to the car’s theme. Saved a grand! On the subject of price, I have no indication yet but I think an extra £75k (over $100k) is my guess. With no carbon - ouch!

In a way it complicates my plans because it is hard (mentally) to sell a car like this but when others come along, you feel a pressure to ‘make room’ unless the cars are LE.

Did you see the swatch in post #2? I think there is a bit less blue and a (very) little more brown than GG. I also think the fleck and shimmer will be heavier.

Here’s another pic of the original’s interior. I do think it is white paint on black wood but could be wrong. As for the revcounter, I suggested silver but was met with a resounding “it must be white” in stereo, so you’re on the money there!

It's not possible to get them in RM because of homologation issues.

That's true but you've now had this wonderful experience and thus, it is worth it. And of course, this is a good problem. :)

Love it. Maybe add some red hints on the interior to match the exterior. But it's still a great inspiration to keep the interior matching the original.

Not really, GG is a little too dark for me. The real thing that can keep me awake is a Front engine Ferrari V12 in Grigio Lava triplo strato

It’s been nearly two years since we spec’d our TM 812 and started this thread. After a long wait this morning the first paint pic dropped into my Ferrari app account. Just to recap, this is the first time this grey has been used so we got to name it and named it Grigio Isabel. We have since used the colour for the stripe on our dark yellow Pista spider and for our GTS arriving mid year, all triple layer colours. The red, which will appears on the lower sills and bumpers is Rosso Maranello in tribute to our Speciale. The next pic should show the full effect of our 812 which is a homage to the 166MM Barchetta Oblin. I had hoped to use the car at the MM last year which I ended up doing in our Speciale, a great event.

    That looks great Luke.
You will get the car soon if its like my photos, I got the first photo in body colour the day after it had been delivered to the dealer!
Was there a reason it took so long? Was it the special paint?
Sorry for all the questions, but have you been told you you are getting your GTS this summer? I am speciing mine at the factory next week. My dealer told me they have no GTS 812's allocated to them this year.
    Thanks

Thanks for the comments. Maybe the two things are linked - not sure why it took so long although it is a complicated build, still it is a long time after initial expectations (about a year) and other customers from our dealer were getting TM 812s a year ago. Very limited GTS this year it seems but looks like I’ll get one. I know I’ll lose value on the SF but don’t want to focus on that now because I think the car will be fantastic and I want to use it. It is a special thing to do TM and even though it is expensive I still find it easy to love Ferrari.

But look on the positive side, since all new variants of non-hybrid V12s will have the GPF you now have a real reason to keep this car long term!

BTW congratulations on this beautifully specced car.
