Cant believe I'm doing this (I'm sure its a one off) but I agree with Aircon. For my first Ferrari I looked at 328GTS for nearly a year but then bought a 348ts (back then the same money for both). Obviously none, sold the 328, basically paid Moretti to take the 355 and did an insurance job on the GT4. Buys a carby 308 and then makes it injected. **** he’s confused
Duno about inspiring, but with the choice of similar cars to PP I always pick the 308 GTB. Drove it to the GP last week, went on a drive yesterday and again today. Love that car. M
Seeing as we're on the 328 thing, hows this for a TRUE story. This is hard to believe but I swear is correct. My user name is "Its 328" as often when I look at the clock in the afternoon "Its 3.28". When my wife was about to give birth to our first daughter we got in her Ford Laser and started down the road to the hospital, I looked at the clock and it was 3.28pm (wife said STFU) as I often made this comment. Stormed heavily all night and she gave birth at 3.28am to a baby 3280grms (yes it was on the paperwork as I stood there dumb stuck). Was always my dream car and seemed like destiny so I bought a 360
Tell me about it, often wonder if I've done the right thing. That said the 360 always puts a massive smile on my face, I loved my GT4 but the 360 sounds so amazing and has heaps more grunt. I do miss tinkering with the carbs and generally doing a lot of the work myself, the 360 is too scary to mess with Perhaps we should start a thread on how people got their user names? Useful for us new blokes!!!
