I think that price is fair considering its real leather and hand made, and hopefully color matches the original. I have an F430 Spider. I have removed my Tire Inflator kit and replaced it with a Fire Extinguisher. And my tool kit leather is black in color. I plan to find a local leather shop soon to replace the vinyl black tool kit straps. If I cant find one locally I will definitely contact your WCH. Many thanks again for sharing and looking into this. Dan
Ok, so I bought the leather straps from tworedbirds. They are nice quality and here they are. I do want to note I had to slightly trim a few ends as the metal plates that come from the factory were a little short of the holes in the leather. No big deal as I used a bench grinder to trim a 1/16" or so off to make them fit. Then needed to drill out rivets on all except from area used to secure the front strap which is allen screws to hold that plate. I used a 1/8" drill bit and was able to drill out rivets in place. Next you need 1/2" grip pop rivets in 5/32 diameter which fit perfect. Pop them in and hola.......
I'm interested in getting a set for my 430 scud also. I believe they are black pleather. Does he have a set of those? If not, I suppose I can give him mine.
If you remove the bulkhead it is an easy fix with a 50 dollar rivet gun. Just did mine on an 08 430 and it looks perfect.
50 dollar rivet gun! What...Harbor Freight down here in Redneck land.....ssh don't tell anyone I use Harbor Freight tools an a Ferrari though...
I know this is an old thread, but I just got my Ferrari 430 and had to replace my straps Image Unavailable, Please Login $40 from my local saddlery including new hardware! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Wish I’d seen this old thread a week ago. I bought a new single strap set from Ricambi and swapped it out yesterday. Appreciate the dyi post.
Would you mind sharing the contact info on who made your new straps? My 430 needs a new tool kit strap. Thanks
let me see if i have the contact info - my issue wit the guy was he is a one man band and it took forever and ever......there was another thread where i guy in dallas was making them as well - did u see that? ps, those straps in the pic are not the ones i made for the 360.....FWIW i think that is the other guy
Randy at Two Redbirds just made a complete leather set for me for my F430 based on measurements I gave him. 11 original pieces plus a bonus strap, as I plan a 3 strap spare tire set-up to keep it from moving. I should get them this weekend or Monday at the latest and can share details. We used new hardware, and I’m using Chicago screws to attach instead of rivets. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat

Is everyone just using a pop rivet to attach these to the tub? Pop rivets look terrible. What's a nicer looking option? Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I agree, that’s why I’m using Chicago screws. See the pic above. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I'm only seeing the head of the screws in your pics. Is there a nut on the backside? Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Chicago screws are used on the straps and pop rivets are used to secure the straps in the frunk tub. Two different attachments. Google Chicago screws and you will understand it.
That’s what Ferrari did, but I’m using Chicago screws to attach straps to the tub and/or the rectangular metal tabs. I’m using the leather rivets on the straps to secure the buckle. I like that everything matches. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
