Cement paint - long story but basically they are 'multi-purpose' overalls. Quite infamous in Aussie Ferrari circles after 16 years most track people know the story.

Actually...there are not that many colors that wouldn't suit a 308 GTB! Some of my friends even like the car in the period-correct "Verde Germoglio", which is a bit too much for me. Rgds

That's funny, but unfortunately no. I was telling my girlfriend how people think it's a Mustang and how it bothered me. So when she was taking the pics she yelled "hey, nice Mustang". Got the pic as I responded.
I get that some think it's an old Corvette. Or heck, maybe even a mid-80's Firebird. But people that think a 308 is a Mustang... wth? Have they never seen a Mustang before either?
Interesting story I thought I would share. While at Cavallino yesterday, I had the pleasure to meet Roger Andrey (left) whose father, Gaston Andrey - factory driver for Ferrari's NART team, was the owner of the dealership where my car was originally purchased. Roger's signature is on the warranty book and sold the car to the original owner I purchased the car from.
