    As stated:
    The item which has a hole in it, grabs the lip of the lower edge of the battery...aft/wheel well edge side, sits parallel with the ''front axle' line or bumper/ left to right.

    Or a lead on where?

    Many thanks !

    I'm not sure, ive never seen a original one. keep in mind that when parts are available it doesn't mean they are original. its just parts that fit like from the autoparts store. parts may not be car specific

    Yes that’s crazy. I just had a look and by default it selects fedex as shipping ( which for me to Australia was 58 pounds!!! ) anyway I checked and was able to select Royal Mail which was a far more reasonable 4 pounds, have a look and see if you have the same option, otherwise (I’m guessing you’re in the US ), try TRutlands with the part number and see if they can help

    that's an original part? I'm thinking anything that holds the battery in place is good enough. I don't think the original was model specific by any means

    I bought mine from maranello parts a couple of years back, looks identical. Ferrari lists same part number for gt4 gtb/gts etc

    The ones from eurospares may be reproduction, can’t say, but that’s what the original looks like

    Yes, well I wrote them asking for the actual price, they now say 12.50 Pounds Royal Post, this via email, from a James Pumo...I lived in the UK for a bit and 17 bucks still seems heavy...for such a light part...

    Anyway--->

    Took your advice tho and selected royal post signed for, 4.25 quid...ordered !

    MANY THANKS TO THE FORUM!

    I will happily remove the terry cloth towels I used to wedge the battery in place, driving therapy is essential!
