I was asking him about the OEM suspension. not talking about aftermarket springs
Chas, what are your ride impressions of the Novitech springs in comparison to stock. I also have the lift system.
I dropped mine on Novitec springs. Rides great, no issues with ride quality. My only issue is that I rub at times when hitting bumps at speed. Stock wheels and tires no issues, but with my upgraded HREs, it’s a small problem, but worth it for the added looks it gives the car.
I would say its almost the same........the Novitecs may be a tad more noticeable on the bumps.........Im in Ohio, we have **** roads
Wow DC3843 - that looks sooo nice. What size are your HREs? Also, I noticed you have a duckbill rear spoiler? Is it Liberty Walk? Thanks.
Sorry guys just saw this. The wheels are 20/21, 9.5 up front and 11 in the rear I think. I'll have to pull it up to remember. They're the exact fitment that TAG Motorsports has done on a few of their customer 458's. The Wheels are HRE P101's. The duckbill is Vorsteiner. I'll get a rear pic and post it soon
Hi macki Rear of 488 easy to lower with stock springs I have lift kit and took a look at it the other day you may get 10mm drop but that's about it as the collar is pretty much wound all the way out if you have the lift kit . Saying that 10mm is better than nothing g Nd you can do it DIY Regards Michael Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
Your 458 looks great lowered. With 1.5" drop in front and 1" in back, how often do you have a problem with rubbing? Where you able to keep it that low without having to raise it again? Also, I like how you changed the color of your wheels to look more like the "Titanium Grey" factory color. Did you just color match or handle it another way?
Mine has front lift and is also lowered with Novitec’s and running 20/21” HRE. No rubbing issues and looks a million times better! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
