Hello, everybody! I know, I know... not enough updates... my bad. Many things going on so far this year... still can't manage to get to work on the car. I did however manage to get ahold of the missing Cromodora wheels!! They have just arrived to my forwarder in Florida and will be on their way to my country soon. This is enough incentive for me to get working on it! It'll take 2-3 months for them to arrive, and my goal is to have everything ready by that moment, in order to get it to stand on its own four wheels for the first time in many, many years!! Other parts that have just arrived are the chin spoiler, one front disc brake, one rear brake caliper, instrument cluster wiring, gas filler neck and cap, and a second steering column (from a burnt car) that will provide the missing parts for that area. I can't wait to start putting it all together... if only I wasn't so darn busy with soooo darn many things! Darn it! I'll start sleeping less... I promise! LOL!! Take care everyone!!
Can you tell me what the item in the forth photo is please? Black vinyl thing. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Precisely! I'm eagerly waiting for those, pal! ;-) I'll take your word on it! :-D But they do look excellent!
Bolts and lug nuts are ON THE WAY to Florida!! You can hang those wheels! Better start painting them!!

My favourite thread on Fchat too! Keep the updates coming! Maybe just post some photos of where you are at with the build!
Sorry everybody for taking sooooo long to post an update here. Time does fly... and with so many things going on in my life I admit I didn't have the time or energy to devote myself to the progress of the project... however...
Bang!! This happened this weekend! This are the "before" pictures of the front left upper suspension arm mounting point Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
After some gentle and romantic heating with an oxyacetilene torch... and using a hydraulic power ram, plus constant measuring dimensions with the frame blueprint on the side... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Finally... presto!! Everything lined up perfectly!!! Now I can begin assembly of the suspension components, which I promised ya'll I would do this year; and with God as my witness, 2018 shall not begin with a suspension-less 37313!!!! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
And next year... I must get all the body complete! And start dealing with the mechanical challenges of the "Progetto"! Wish me luck!!! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Alright can somebody help me out with something? There are 2 spacers on the rack mount that I can't get ahold of... the only vendor that had them listed as available was Eurospares... for about 2 pounds sterling each. Anyways, I placed the order and later they wrote me back telling me that they were unable to get the parts and therefore refunded me... now, I still need those little things and I'm planning to fabricate them myself, what I need to know is the correct thickness... is it 2.7mm or 2.9mm? Of course, if anyone has a couple of these laying around the toolbox, I'd be more than happy to take them! LOL!! Thanks for the constant support, Ferrarichat community!! And, since we're on the topic of "spacers"... there's a spacer between the rear hubs and the disk... does anybody know what's the thickness of it?? Image Unavailable, Please Login
