I have to admit Lusso T's rims do match with white colors.

Agreed...the colour is not my first choice. The car is too big/ long for such a bright loud colour like yellow.

What is the difference between Bianco Fuji and Bianco Italia?

I know Bianco Italia has a gold hint in the base color, but not sure about Fuji?

I believe its the other way around: Fuji has some gold hues, Italia has silver type hues. I prefer the Fuji as it looks richer in a wider array of lighting.

Why pay for a 30k upgrade on a V8 turbo - why not put the money towards a V12

That’s a valid question... more generally I wonder what percentage of Lussos are sold in V8. And I also wonder if people are buying the V8 because it is cheaper, or because of the difference in driving experience. Any V8 buyer around to chip in?

    Well, good question.
The t feels fidgety being lighter at the front, the noise is a non event, the gearing is lower in the first four gears to give it the acceleration figures but means you up through the box in a more rapid fire way plus if economy is important at say 6000 miles a year you save about £750 in fuel. Big deal indeed. Why would anyone, given the choice, go V8

I don't get it either, one of the last N/A V12s, a real classic for the future.
As the most practical Ferrari, a 4wd makes it even more practical and usable.

I have been told in North America the Lusso V12's will be discontinued after May 2018 with the last allocations in March, not sure about other markets. At that time Ferrari may make the the T V8 with a four wheel drive option. I think Ferrari must be saving their emissions quota V12's for the 812's and limited editions. Love my Lusso!

My wife has March production, I'm glad we did not wait any longer if that's the case.

I was waiting almost 2 months until my order slot opens.
I have been told that my turn will come mid sept to oct but it was not until nov.
It was like 3 to 4 v12 lussos per year then suddenly it is more like 1 to 2 v12 lussos for next year.
I am glad my order is in already.
I think sudden drop of v12 lusso makes sense.

Agreed it does make sense from an emissions perspective but so sad to see this all coming to a slow end. I presume that this is probably the only way to keep Ferrari in the NA V12 game. Regardless while I fully cherish and adore the V12 I didn't mind the V8T and would accept it if it was the only option.

So what happens to V12 Lusso prices once the music stops?

Sounds me like an instant "collector" car, I also presume it will push the prices of the FF up as well.

Once production of the V12 Lusso ends your choice will be to buy a new V8 or a used under warranty V12 for around the same price. I believe many will opt for the last four seat V12. I think this will keep the depreciation of the V12 Lusso less steep than the FF.

I really don’t understand the logic of introducing a car then 18months later cease selling it

They might not be ending sales next May 2018- maybe that is the end of allocations- roughly ½ of the way through the year- they could be still filling orders for the next 6-9 months. It would be a tremendous shame if they were making less NA V12s. My theory is maybe they will come back with a hybrid option. Maybe they have to wait for the next model to accommodate that system.

Interesting point and all valid, I know of 2 cars that are '19 builds that have already been allocated - not sure what is after them.

Maybe other markets (Canada) are different, I was told that there would be no more V12 Lussos produced for the USA after May. My dealer has received 3 and has 3 more to come and no more V12s after that, no 2019's

I doubt they will bring cars to Canada and not the US; let me clarify my "allocated" statement. This is 2 guys I occasional see at the course that said they were told they could be "slotted in for a 2019" I have not seen them in a month+ so will be interesting on what the dealership has confirmed if anything at all. My SA had already mentioned a while back that the LussoT would significantly overtake the V12 in production for 2019, this is all getting very interesting.

Interesting to see if 2019 Lusso V 12 gets produced...it is truly unfortunate if Ferrari stops producing the V 12 for the Lusso.

My Lusso just arrived and looking forward to driving it and feeling the power of the V12 next week.

Big big mistake those of us that took early ones made was to not order rear wiper (and it’s free!!!) because they are “ugly”.....even a series of puddles or just driving on very wet surface will guarantee you no visibility out the back window......unlike the FF which never had this problem due to the rake of the GTC4L’s rear window vs FF’s....
