I will go to Italy and Maranello Dec/Jan and wondered if there is a "Spare Parts Counter" at Ferrari Factory where purchase can be made and shipped abroad?

I also have few addresses of "Specialists" around the factory and in the neighborhood. Any recommendation?

    Thanks,

    Algis

Shopping Formula 1,Luca Forneti : across the street from the factory enterance. He has all kind of vintage Ferrari Literature, and Sales brochures. (Toni Auto) di Toni Silvano &C. He does Ferrari repairs and parts. across the street from factory slightly further down heading to Foriano track.

I have been going to Maranello since the 1980's. It has changed allot, and not all for the better. It used to br very much the home a very special factory, that had spawned various cottage industry businesses. I have made lifelong friends there. It is very much a corporate deal now. You will still enjoy it.

You should go to the museum. Down the street from the museum is a friend's store, Hor's Lingue. If you go, say hi to Paolo and his wife. Tell them Dino says hi. There are lots of cool memorabilia shops on the streets adjacent to the factory where you will find things that you won't find anywhere else.

I like the Cavallino Restaurant across from the factory. A lot of people prefer the Montana. The Fiorano test track is also not to be missed. Back in the day, when F1 was actually allowed to test, there was always something cool running.... and the sound could be heard for miles around. Not like the leaf blowers they have now!

And of course, you'll have to hit the corporate Ferrari store. Here's a shot of some real testing at Fiorano...

I've been a friend and customer of Luca Fornetti and his late father for almost 30 years. Great people. Make sure you ask for Luca if you want to see the rare stuff.

Actually tho I live in Asia, I was born and raised in Europe (Belgium) and visited Italy few times. But never Maranello and Ferrari's facilities. That was more than 30 years ago, now I can go there "for only that" :D
