Hi, I recently took my 2002 Ferrari 360 Modena (Coupe) to the bodyshop to simply repaint the front bumper. They removed it, repainted and placed back the bumper... Simple work.. Last night I took my car for a drive and I noticed at slow speed there seemed to be some squeaky noise coming from the windshield (even the slightest bump would make the windshield squeak)... What could this be ? When they removed the front wheels to remove the bumper I told them to use floor jacks (I hope they did both sides simultaneously, not one a time) The placement of the bumper seems normal. Could it be pressing on the fender , pressing on the windshield? Or could this just be coincidental due to the age of my car ??? Any remedy (besides replacing the windshield ) ??
Sounds like leather against glass somewhere - not sure why it just started?? Trick I heard is, find the location and apply Johnson's "baby oil" I assume you can get that?? Just a very light/clear oil will do. Cheers Chris
