    or
    308 GTS, 599 GTO, 275 GTS, 250 SWB...

It's funny, cause on some cars the space looks correct and some it does not.
For instance, 275GTB/4 looks more correct than 275 GTB/4...

Copy what the manufacture put on the nameplate; letter by letter, number by number, space by space.

Well, according to Ferrari here are the models you asked about:

250 SWB= "250 GT BERLINETTA PASSO CORTO" - seems to me you would use the space.
    Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta passo corto (1959) - Ferrari.com

275 GTS or GTB has the space
Ferrari Past Models: More than 60 Years of Cars - Ferrari.com

308 GTS (or GTB) has the space
Ferrari Past Models: More than 60 Years of Cars - Ferrari.com

599 has the space for both GTB and GTO
Ferrari Past Models: More than 60 Years of Cars - Ferrari.com
Ferrari Past Models: More than 60 Years of Cars - Ferrari.com

The only cars I see with no spaces: F12berlinetta, F12tdf, GTC4Lusso,
