    French car, 2 owners ,original paint
    17000 km. Perfect condition with all services
    Full révisions
    Châssis number 54755
    Engine motor 113A. Number 00046
    Should i go ?

    what you understand under: full revision? what has been done all?
    so 85 still with the one high mirror on the driver side or already 2 mirrors?

    I guess "full revision" means a recent full service including cambelts.

    17,000 km is very low for 32 year old car, you better have a full history record to confirm it.

    Fair price is a tricky question because evolution has been erratic in past ten years (like for most used Ferrari) with a sudden increase in 2014-2015 and now some correction.

    Ten years ago you could probably have bought this car for half the currently asked price, but two years ago probably about 50% more than today would have been asked for such low mileage example.

    Where the price will go in the near future I have absolutely no clue.

    From the description it does sound like a bargain. There are very few low mileage (under 20,000 km) Monospecchios in Europe.
