I received a box of Ferrari parts that I did not order from a well-known UK source. Apparently, the name of the recipient is correct but the shipping address is not. The parts are worth about $1,000 USD. I emailed the company and told them of the situation and a lady replied with instructions to reship via FedEx per the new shipping label that's attached with the email.

Simply that. Not even a "thank you". What's with people in general nowadays?

Your question got me thinking. Aside from the rudeness, maybe this is a ploy to make the parts harder to trace if they were ordered with a stolen credit card or some other scheme and OP might be getting used unwittingly. Something doesn't seem right here.
