Picking up my Lusso next week and thinking of adding some clear paint protection film - anyone done this and what areas are suggested?

 

Loads of threads on this. For me it's a "must" to have PPF'd

 

Which dealer are you with as some haven't even got their demonstrators yet.

 

I did the bumpers plus the front part of the hood ( barely visible)

I saw two customer Lusso at HR Owen service in London last week so customers cars are now starting to arrive. My dealer (Carrs) have had their demo a few weeks.

 

Topaz had 3 GTC4L's in last week from HRO

 

My GTC$ Lusso was finished a couple of weeks and is showing Stage 90 (shipping). I hope to have it in April.

I can't wait to have it delivered, I was originally supposed to receive it early in the year but the Couio Toscana interior delayed it. Love your 458 Aperta spec.

Would you have pics of what cuoio toscana would look like in a Lusso? (Tailor made may have communicated you renders or pics...)

Gents, hate to be negative here about the GTC4L - we are getting 100% f&cked on our leather interiors --- the quality is definitely inferior to FF!
I have began f&cking my dealer's brain as I no longer want the GTC4L and want my FF back

I can't say who, but I have confirmation that the moron running the company has indeed cut corners (costs) on materials! He might think he knows how to run a motor company, but he's also up against all of us whom he would only dream to have half our IQ's......

Too late car is in production and with semi u have to use different leather on air bag areas

 

May I ask how you just now came to this conclusion while certain members here have been saying it for a while? Also, will you refuse the car, and what is your dealer telling you based on your comments to them?

 

After searching for a younger FF i also thinking about to order a Lusso
but as a Daytona Design fan i'm still not convinced about the cheap and thin look
of the Lusso Daytona seats and with a bad leather quality on top, it is really a cooler...

I'm trying to stop the sale of my old FF as I type --- the financing has not yet gone through for the future owner nor have they signed for the car.

This situation is totally f&cked.

The other option is that every buyer of the GTC4L take action and force Ferrari to revert to a high quality leather as in the FF

Frankly - I had kept my head right up my own arse ! And an unfortunate character flaw of mine where I have to see it to believe it....

I had seen a GS car going through PDI and the driver's seat was worn.....then I learned today that 3 cars were delivered in the last week all with same issue.... F- that I'm not even considering it.

Will go as far as lawyers and newspapers as I did in 2012 re my 2010 RR Autobiography from HRO in Mayfair.....they returned 100% of my money!

 

Thats very unfortunate that the car is already in production. If you could upgrade the leather, would this take care of your concerns? If so, what about passing on delivery of this car and ordering another one?
