I have always loved these, and I just sold my 365 GT, and might be letting go of my 365 GTC4 possibly..
I just want to be in something completely different now..
    Does anyone have any advice?
    Thanks so much..

I agree these are some of the nicest 60s Ferraris out there. I have looked at these for years as well - settling on a 330 2+2 as a result of the lower price point. They look so classic.

    Hi Mike
    When I sold my C/4 I bought a 250 GTE.
Beautiful cars. Fun to drive. Pretty slow compared to the C/4. Had it 2 years and it spent 20 months in the shop being repaired. Had to rebuild the overdrive, rear end, suspension, brakes..... the usual cost of owning a vintage Ferrari.
Got fed up with the car and sold it earlier this year. Car went to Europe. Promptly dropped a valve seat shortly after arriving there.
Suggest you drive one first. They are easy to operate, have lovely sounds, all the vintage feel of an old Ferrari. But be ready to spend spend spend. The guy that worked on mine is Zac Dugger at DGR Performance in Oceanside. Very capable and very busy.

Mike, there are lots of GTEs for sale at present, particularly in Europe where the strength of the $ makes the prices more attractive to us in the US. Current issue of 250 GTE Newsletter has a number of these cars listed. Send me an e mail at [email protected] and I'll send you a copy and hope to sign you up as a subscriber!
