    my understanding:

    * the car was essentially "leased" to tyson since he was not allocated one from the factory. [i understand this is part of why they have been getting more and more strict with their purchase agreements - to prohibit exactly this type of behavior.]

    * i was not the original owner (I forget who it was off the top of my head, but the car was delivered through ferrari of beverly hills.).

    * i purchased the car (104220) through park place, a local broker - like it says on sheehan's.

    * i enjoyed the car for many years before deciding to sell it. it was sold through ferrari of seattle and it went over to sheehan's. i'm not sure if they sat on it or resold it, but that was a really long time ago (like a decade)

    * while i do not own any of the cars i owned back then, the stable is far from empty: f12tdf, 458s, 550m
