    Hello All,

I hope this post finds you well,

I have just moved to Dubai and i wanted to see if anyone can recommend good independent garages to get my Ferrari 430 serviced.

I do not really want to go to a main dealer as i find their prices astronomical.

Any recommendations would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.
    Scott

I've had my car serviced once at Al Tayer and it was a good experience and quite reasonable. Minor problem with an airbag warning light on which cost me a grand total of AED 900 including flatbed delivery to me. Also tried ARM last summer as they had a 50% off sale for annual service and I was not that impressed as they seemed more interested in bumping up the bill and then kept the car longer than committed. They do offer reasonable flat bed pick-up and delivery service which is nice since you would never want to drive your car out to them with all the horrific truck traffic and all the roads under construction near their shop. Maybe the construction is completed by now.

My car has been pretty much perfect past 2 years, so fortunately have not needed service.

Maybe try ARM? I have only had the a/c recharged on my TR there; do you just need a service? That should be reasonably straightforward on a 430 (no belts).

The roads to ARM are better now and I understand they have the Leonardo diagnostic equipment for a 430.

I agree with your low opinion of the dealer from personal experience.

Yep, when I was based there with my 360 I used ARM also... whilst they do like to quote to return the car to 0 miles condition, careful reviewing of their suggested works can usually lower the estimate somewhat and (convertible roof not withstanding) I never had any issues with their work.

Good decision on avoiding official dealers, not necessary in this country so long as you service your car regularly and have proof of it at reputable specialists.

As mentioned, ARM is a popular choice but do give Fiorano Service Center a check.

    Our Services

    do look at HighTech auto

High Tech Auto Workshop | Aston Martin Garage, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Supercar Specialist Dubai ? Specialising in Lamborghini

    and lastly Tony Edwards Motors

all are exotic car specialists and have only heard good reviews about them

    Also, welcome to the UAE
Would love to see some pics of your F430 ;)

From experience, I use both Al Tayer and Rami at Jumbo garage, actually very close to Al Tayer. Rami is very clever, and troubleshooting is his thing, and of course, very reasonable rates.

    Call him on 055 325 0932

    Good luck.

    Hi Guys,
I have been rather disappointed with the level of service at ARM lately. I have had my car with them for almost 4 years, but have noticed a slip in their service quality. I am desperately looking for a proper workshop with trustworthy guys doing quality work and I am struggling to find one. I am at the point of sending my car out of the UAE for service/repair due to my complete lack of trust in local workshops.
    Any suggestions?

Hello all. Looking into buying a 599GTB and need a proper inspection first. Also would like to understand how much the clutch change would cost at dealer and aftermarket specialists.

Please share me the link if there's already a buyer's guide on 599.

Hope I'll make it into the Club!
