Well, lets see......28 years old. $385K car. Is he a Lottery winner? More like a member of the Lucky Sperm Club. He got the last mile, out of that machine. To his credit, that's a LONG way, from down on West 6th Street, where he had those two beers!
Big Tex, West 6th to redbud is just a few miles away.... btw, I don't remember if I ever thanked you for the old road and track with the Testarossa on the cover you sent me. Thank you!
Very welcome! I just meant at 2:30AM, he had come from downtown to get "out in the country"!! Last time I was at Westlake I started at COTA, so it FELT like it was a long way!
Same here.. I don't know the driver & I've never seen that car in town. I also don't see any James S Allen as owning a residence in Travis County. I already bet someone else that it will be revealed that he is not the owner of the car. I know plenty of people his age that could afford the car so the age doesn't really provide any additional info for me.
Hey guys I was hoping the Ferrari Chat community may be of some help. I actually bought the car from an insurance auction. The car did not come with keys. I could desperately use the keys or a key. I have done some google searching but have had no luck. Does anyone have any information that may help. Or if someone could pass my information on I would really appreciate it. For those curious, I think I am going to fix it. I will probably even document the process online. It will be a project, but should be fun. Thanks, Ryan 916-826-9041
Proof of ownership ( Title , Registration, etc ) DL that matches above dox Take them to your local Dealership and my bets are that you will have a key in you possession within a week +/- Not to mention, you don't want a key(s) floating around that start your car. The way I mentioned above, when they program the new key(s) to your car, it will un-program the other keys that may be " out there " Looking forward to your repair thread! S
I am told the car belonged to the person who was reported to be the passenger and that he is a local attorney. More than that I do not know but if you can get a copy of the accident report from APD it should have useful information. You might also ask Ferrari Austin.
Just add "New keys and Security Code set up" to the rather lengthy (I would assume) list of parts you are going to need!! Wow.....that's some "project".... Rifledriver's post is accurate.....the owner's name is "out there"...
