TAG MOTORSPORTS Recently, Ferrarichat Member joshls1 was contemplating wheels for his 458. After starting a thread debating between what brands and sizing etc, we chimed in based on our experiences. Shortly after, the order was in for a beautiful set of HRE P101's, Novitec Springs and a few other goodies. We opted to go with the 20" front and 21" Rear HRE P101 wheel finished in HRE's Brushed Dark Clear to give the car a very clean and classy look against the Nero paint. The wheels were completed, mounted up a set of 245/35/20 and monstrous 355/25/21 tires, fitted with TPMS Sensors and shipped out to him in Dallas, TX. Modifications Include: -20x9 & 21x12.5 HRE P101 Wheels -HRE Brushed Dark Clear Finish & Billet OEM Centercap Adaptors -245/35/20 & 355/25/21 Pirelli PZero Tires -Novitec Lowering Springs Once installed, the end result was amazing. The fitment is spot on and gave him just the right look he was looking for! Let us know what you think! Perfect stance and wheelcolor. Great job. Do the 21" rears require any speedometer adjustments? STD TPMS ?
Dont trust anyone to break my suspension apart and re align around here Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
Thanks for the kind words. The 21" Overall diameter is very similar to OE spec so no speedo adjustments are needed.
Couldnt agree with you more. No hassle and just a stunning look. Personally - i love 20/21 more than 21/22
20mm should do it, fwiw I would recommend not lowering her on the stock springs and purchasing the Novitec lowering springs for the 488 for ultimate flexibility and safety, best
Agreed with Carlo, the spring ratings are much better on the Novitec setup for catering to adjustability so you're not dealing with a harsh ride the factory springs may present from lowering.
I think going down the road of Novitec Springs and even just doing the Novitec Spacer Kit on the OEM Wheels will give you a dramatic difference in the car's overall appearance as well as feel
On OEM Wheels - you can do 15mm front and 20mm rear if you want an aggresive look. The 10mm front & 15mm rear is what 90% of our clients go with.
alex can you give a price on this rims and tires for 488 20 front 21 rears the exactly type as above photo Thanks
Why pm?? Share these prices! Also i would like more info on these spacers Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
Because each client has more specific needs. Not every order is the same so we like to get you a tailor made quote. Regarding teh spacer. Its a very simple program. Novitec sells spacers and bolts combined as a pair. They are offered in 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and come with OEM style lug bolts. You can also upgrade to Titanium Lug bolts as well! We have them in stock.
