Thank you guys! Koop, you are so right. I didn't buy the Scuderia because of the look, but because of its driving qualities. But my perception has changed. Today I am an absolute lover of its look. Aggressive and yet reduced to the essentials, a clear and efficient design! In the meanwhile I have troubles with the bling-bling of the modern "track oriented" models. They have an appearance like racing cars, but they are not. They are and remain road cars. For example a Speciale, a TdF or even a 675LT are too exaggerated for my taste, somehow kitschy with all their wings, flaps and holes distributed over the entire body, almost ridiculous. Scuderia forever!

Was just about to start a thread on changing my 458 of almost 2 years to a scud ! and here we are....I'm not alone! Will do some photos and feedback on the back to back experience of 458 to 430scud I'm sure it's going to be fun and interesting !
The scud is hard to beat to me it is the best looking modern mid engine Ferrari ..especially the rear view. And the rawness of the F1 transmission is very much part of the experience The ONLY car I would sell my scud for is a 599 GTO

I will post a pic here once the deal is signed. The ppi came back with minor issues. I'm OK with it. My wife and I are flying down to have a closer look. I have been staying up late looking at youtube and exhaust sounds. I am so excited and have not been able to sleep well lately. I've been looking at the 458 as well. However, I feel the 458 will continue to go down in price but not the Scud. So if I want a scud, now is the time to get it. Hopefully, everything goes well and I'll be able to bring her home.
