Congrats, a very nice spec. The shields and the yellow calipers really work well.
Triple black is great. I've done the same combo on my 488 with the exception of red versus yellow sports stripe and stitching.
Love it. I ordered a spider, but cant build a spec that shows the seat stripe. It's been ordered by dealer no problem, but I want to stare longingly at my correct spec!
Thanks guys. I saw a Nero Daytona 458 next to a Nero 488 in my local HR Owen and was happy I went with the metallic. Seems HR Owen do some decent detailing on the car on arrival too? UK weather means keeping any full black car clean is a once-every-few-days valet clean job... Anyway they sent me updates with the little passenger 'OMG' screen and the black exhaust tips and door handle trim I asked for. No clue why I optioned that fire extinguisher. The yellow calipers and the yellow badges are perfect from the outside while the yellow strip is a nice accent on the inside without over powering the all black concept - well done!
Very nice! I have the exact same interior config, but went with "standard" black stitching for a more muted look. Looks great!
I think it would be bad ass if you made the middle of the seat alcantara yellow and removed the stripe. but great build!
Beautiful. Love the stripe in the car, love the wheels. love everything about it. Now I own a black car and swore that I would never buy another black car again as it looks clean for about 5 minutes but yours looks great! congrats
Never been a fan of gold bits on a car. Apparently the car could well arrive this week, currently sorting payment and bought a plate to match the R8. The other two photos have been lost in the ether, my dealer told me they're not showing but the final invoice arrived last week which normally precedes a delivery by 7-8 days. Frozen ground and salt here in greater London aren't ideal although they've made the R8 with all traction control off pretty hilarious fun. Not sure the 488 allows the same level of playfulness within a single UK lane width...not that I need to be doing that anyway, but I do fancy a Bedford Autodrome trackday regardless of the weather. Cannot wait, this update is basically just me venting my excitement!
