    I'm curious as to where the car is today. I remember seeing it in Dallas about 10 years ago.

    I always thought this proto had been turned into an LM by the factory so it was good to see it stayed as it was for posterity.

    In the video, there are a lot of inexactitudes.... The car was actually developed by Michelotto. The original prototype has certain details on it that are unmistakable .. for example, the F40 logo on the rear wing mount is not there, there are no door locks etc.

    Also the story about gifting the car is somewhat strange...All lightweight F40s have the same door trim, as to upping the bop with different turbos, that was never done on the original car but many folks have done it "after market"

    Nice video but not the truth....
