Hey guys so after another person has tried to take over my lease and Ally Denied them, I'm giving up on Transferring to someone else.

I'm offering a short term/ or long term sublease of my car.

The car will stay in my name so you will have no liability on your credit report.

This is perfect for someone who is waiting for a 488 and wants to drive a comparable car.
Someone who is undecided on the mclaren or the 488 or someone who just wants a bad ass car.

You must provide full insurance, sign notarized contract.

The minimum term I will accept is 6 months.

The non negotiable rate for 6 month is $24,000 and you will get allocated 3,000 miles for that 6 month term.

For a car that rents for 2k a day I think this is a pretty good deal

If you want longer I'm open to negotiations pricing/ miles wise

This is a 2015 Mclaren 650 spider Pearl white with red interior fully loaded 335K msrp current miles is $3000

    Contact me if you're interested.

Sorry I started a new thread but this is a new deal.

the actual lease payment is 600 less however if you factor how much down i put and liablity it is more, and if you want that payment you would have to take over the entire lease in your name. A perfect leasefor someone who wants a short term lease, no liability, no credit hit and wants to enjoy a super car.

Very tempting offer I must say. Shipping to Florida round trip is probably another 4 grand. Someone in California would be crazy not to take you up on this. GLWL. ( lease ).

Is leasing a vehicle through a private individual still tax deductible for a business?

Ryan , I think that might be the case however you must have all kinds of documentation, mileage , places etc. and a car like that may be a red flag so to speak. Not something I would ever do. OP is crazy to offer a sublease on a car like this. The potential liability is staggering and there is almost no upside.

Is it possible to just buy out the lease and sell it? I am sure you will take a hit but less complicated/risky for you. It is a nicely spec'd car so may sell reasonably quick.

Alright you guys are scaring me, scratch the sublease idea.

I'm offering ONE MONTH FREE on the lease take over (must be able to take it over in your name)

With the one month free the lease comes down to $116K (plus sales tax) paid over the next 39 months which you get over 37000 miles to use almost 1000 miles a month on a CLOSED end lease. Someone jump on it My loss is your gain. For a business owner who is able to write it off this is a no brainer.

    My thinking as well,

What are they basing it on? surely the prospects had good credit, to try.

Good luck with lease OP, looks like a great deal based on the mileage allowance alone!

They wont even consider the app unless you have a min of 750 score, and then they have to see your previous auto loan/ lease history if all they saw was a 30k bmw 3 series they will deny.

so 750 + a high end car previously is that right?

but how do you get a high end lease if you can't qualify for one?

    chicken or egg...

My thoughts exactly. This is not a 'step up' vehicle. The underwriters will immediately be able to tell whether the applicant is able to carry this note or not.
